By purchasing a private health insurance policy with HIF, you and all persons on your membership become Members of our Fund and agree to our Fund Rules.
HIF’s Fund Rules (as amended from time to time) are the rules which govern the day-to-day operation of the Fund conducted by HIF. The Fund Rules ensure compliance with the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 and the requirement of the Department of Health and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
